I began my career repairing cracks and sealing driveways, steadily building experience and refining my skills over time. As the sealing season in the Lower Mainland became more limited, I adapted by expanding into interior work during the winter months. This shift led to a specialization in polyurethane injection for leaking parkades and foundations.

As our capabilities grew, we moved into warehouse floor repairs, working with two-part polymer systems and restoring aging control joints. This naturally opened the door to projects in newly constructed warehouses, where we now handle saw cutting, joint cleaning, sealing, and concrete densification.

Where We Are Today

Today, our company services between 1 and 3 million square feet of concrete annually, working alongside major industry partners. This growth has allowed us to take on larger and more complex projects while maintaining consistent quality.

Our services now extend to:

  • Full-scale warehouse floor coatings
  • Traffic membrane systems for parkades

Specialized Divisions
